We are growing and looking to add a Hospitality Operations Manager to our team.

As the Hospitality Operations Manager you will be responsible to set-up, and manage the operations, manage standards, implement best-of-class services for company that will manage serviced apartment buildings and individual furnished apartments in various buildings.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

·         Lead the fit-out and set-up of systems to operate an efficiently run serviced apartment cum holiday home management company, which will manage multiple serviced apartment buildings and individual furnished apartments in Dubai.

·         Set-up effective systems, standards, processes and controls in each functional area (especially marketing, health and hygiene etc.) to ensure the efficient and smooth operations of the company.

·         Develop, secure approvals and execute the business and improvement plans for the properties under management.

·         Maximize the occupancy of each property.

·         Collaborate effectively with Head Office Teams to deliver on tasks in each functional area and to leverage off the Group’s internal systems & processes.

Interacts with management of other departments within areas of responsibility and develop solid working relationships with them.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will:

·         Hold as a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in the Hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles

·         Have a proven track record of driving through solutions in a similar environment / project,

·         Have experience in management and operations; possess financial acumen and have an eye for quality and detail.

·         Ideally possess the following competencies: Growing the Business, Leading People & Operations, Customer Focus, Managing Diversity, Building Relationships, Drive for Results.

·         Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing across all organizational levels, cultures, and nationalities.

·         You must be able to interact with all level of colleagues, entry level to senior management, lead by example with strong influencing skills.
